My Mumma and Papa, when I was 15, used to wake up at sunrise, make tea, and sit by the window in complete silence. No phone, no rush, just being. I never understood it. “How can you just sit there doing nothing?” I asked. My mumma smiled and said, “We’re not doing nothing. We’re here.”

It took me years to get it. The world teaches us to chase—more money, more success, more everything. But real fulfillment isn’t in the chase. It’s in the flow. The moments where time disappears, where you’re so lost in what you love that nothing else exists.
