Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI, and we also provide a COD (Cash on Delivery) option for customers in select areas (but it incurs extra charges). Please note that COD is not available for all orders and may depend on your location and order total.

In international markets, we accept payment via all major international credit and debit cards, as well as through PayPal.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We usually ship orders from our Warehouse within 2-3 business days of receiving them. After that, it can take up to 3-8 days for shipping companies to deliver your order depending on your location in India. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. You will receive tracking details for your order so you can keep track of its status. Once your order leaves our factory, we cannot cancel it. If you experience any issues due to delivery time, please contact our customer service team at cs@fkahumans.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

In international markets, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of approximately 25 days for your order.

Q: Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?

A: Certainly, you are welcome to initiate a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order (applicable only to eligible products) within India. Please note that our return and exchange policy does not apply to international markets. For more details, please refer to our Return/Exchange/Refund policy.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Absolutely, we do provide international shipping services. We have recently initiated shipping to the United States and have plans to extend our reach to additional regions in the future. Please be aware that all transactions will be conducted in INR (Indian Rupees).

For orders within the United States, we offer complimentary shipping on purchases totaling $80 or more. Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee of approximately $10 (INR 800). It's essential to note that the delivery timeline for orders to the USA typically ranges from 12 to 25 days.

We've teamed up with FedEx for our international deliveries. When shipping internationally, it's important to be aware that your shipment may be subject to customs procedures based on the destination country's regulations. The customs fees can fluctuate depending on factors like your order's value, the country's import limits, and other relevant considerations.
Please note that any customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These taxes should be settled with the customs agency in your country."
