Return and Refund Policy for FKAHUMANS:

We sincerely appreciate your choice to shop at FKAHUMANS. Our commitment is to provide exceptional products and services. In case you find the need to initiate a return, kindly take a moment to thoroughly review and understand our updated Return and Refund Policy presented below.

All products purchased during flash sales or from the This Sale Collection (https://fkahumans.com/collections/sale) are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

If a product is not eligible for return/exchange or refund, this information will be indicated on the product page.

Our Return and Exchange Policy applies exclusively to the Indian market. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for products shipped to the international market, including the USA and other countries.

1. Return and Exchange Timeframe:
We have a 5-day return/exchange policy, meaning all eligible products (note that discounted sales and flash sales products are not eligible for return/exchange or refund) have a 5-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. To ensure a successful return or exchange, please ensure your item meets the criteria outlined below.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Return/Exchange:
For your return or exchange request to be processed, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:
- The product should be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
- It must be accompanied by its original packaging and all relevant tags.
- The product should not be on sale or purchased during flash sales, as all purchases made during flash sales are final.
3. Initiating a Return/Exchange:
Should you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at cs@fkahumans.com or utilize the Return/Exchange option on our website. Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will make the necessary arrangements for the item to be retrieved.

4. Return Shipping:
After we accept your return or exchange request, we will make arrangements to have the item picked up.  If pickup services are unavailable at your location, kindly note that you will be responsible for shipping the return order. We will provide you with the required return address. However, please be aware that shipping costs will not be reimbursed in such scenarios.

5. Return Inquiries and Assistance:
For any inquiries or clarifications concerning returns, feel free to reach out to us at cs@fkahumans.com. We are dedicated to providing assistance.

6. General Guidelines:
- To ensure transparency, all returned items will be opened and inspected under camera recording to verify their condition.
- In cases where returned products are found not to be associated with our brand, the return order will be cancelled, and no refund will be processed. These items will be compassionately donated to those in need.

7. Condition of Returned Items:
- For eligibility for a refund, returned items must remain in their original condition.
- Attached hang tags must be intact, and items should be in new, unused condition. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the return being cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

8. Cancellation of Returns:
- We reserve the right to cancel return orders that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
- Cancelled return orders will not be eligible for refunds.


9. Charges for Returns and Refunds:
When processing returns and refunds, a deduction of Rs 200 will apply per T-shirt and Rs 250 per hoodie or sweatshirt as a nominal shipping fee from the refund amount. It's important to emphasize that in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any additional COD charges will not be eligible for a refund.

10. Exchange Information:
Exchanges are exempt from any additional charges. 

11. Exchange Limitation:
Upon completion of an exchange, the associated order will no longer be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

12. Refund Process:
- Upon receipt and assessment of your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Refunds will be processed after a quality check, typically within 4 to 5 working days.
- The original payment mode will be used to initiate refunds.
- Please note, financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund.

13. Refund Process for COD Orders:
- For COD orders, upon receiving the return, a quality check is conducted within 3 to 5 working days.
- Once approved, we will request your bank details via email to initiate the refund process.

14. Refund Timeframe:
- Kindly anticipate a refund processing time of approximately 20 days or more from the return pickup date.

**Important Note:

Please be aware that when handling returns and refunds, we will subtract a nominal shipping fee of Rs 200 for each T-shirt and Rs 250 for each Hooded Sweatshirt or Crew Neck Sweatshirt from the refund amount. It is crucial to note that for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any extra COD charges will not be reimbursed.

Damages and Issues:
We kindly request you to inspect your order upon delivery. Should the item be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately so we can address the matter promptly.
To ensure a smooth return or exchange for damaged, broken, missing, or non-working items, please record a video of yourself unboxing the package.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
We regret to inform you that returns cannot be accepted for gift cards.
