How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 48-72 business hour processing period, followed by a 3-10 business day shipping period, depending on your location. In total, it can take anywhere from 5-12 business days to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order. May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). If you are missing a tracking number, please email us at cs@fkahumans.com with your order number, and we will send you one at our earliest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
How can I pay?
We currently accept UPI, debit card, credit card, and all major payment systems in India. We also accept major international cards and PayPal.
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out, please email us at cs@fkahumans.com, and we will change it to the correct address. If it has already been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send the item to your new address. Please make sure to type in the correct address when placing your orders.
