Applicability of Policy

By using the FKAHumans website for purchases, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy without modification. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from transacting on fkahumans.com. Note that the terms of this policy may change periodically, so please review the policy each time you make a purchase.

Return/Exchange and Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing FKAHumans. If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please review our updated policy below.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products purchased during flash sales or from the Sale Collection are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Gift Cards


Eligibility:

  • This policy applies only to the Indian market. Returns or exchanges are not offered for products shipped internationally.


1. Return and Exchange Time Frame:

  • You have a 5-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.


2. Eligibility Criteria:

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • Include original packaging and all relevant tags.
  • Products on sale or bought during flash sales are not eligible.
  • No foul odour, perfume, stains, scratches, tears, or damage.
  • Product must not be altered, unless proven vendor defect.


3. Initiating a Return/Exchange:

  • Contact us at cs@fkahumans.com or use follow the instructions on Return/Exchange page on our website. Once approved, we will arrange for the item to be retrieved.
  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted via email to cs@fkahumans.com within 5 days of order delivery, using your registered email address. Please follow the instructions provided on the Return/Exchange page on our website.

    Requests submitted via WhatsApp or any other means may not be entertained.


4. Return Shipping:

  • We will attempt to pick up the item twice. If unsuccessful, you must send it back to us. Note that you will be responsible for shipping costs, which will not be reimbursed.


5. Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at cs@fkahumans.com within 12 hours of delivery. To process any claims for damaged or missing items, an unboxing HD video showing the clear shipping label and the unboxing process is required.

    Claims without an unboxing HD video clearly showing the shipping label and package opening will not be accepted.

7. Quality Control (QC):

  • All returned items will be inspected under camera recording.
  • If items received in return are not associated with our brand will be donated, and no refund will be processed.
  • If the product fails to meet return/exchange criteria, no return or exchange will be processed.


8. Refunds for Return Orders:

  • Refunds are provided as store credits (gift cards) valid for 3 months. Issued once QC is approved and shared via your registered email.


9. Cancellation of Return or Exchange request:

  • We reserve the right to cancel a return or exchange request if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in our return, exchange, and refund policy. In such cases, no refund will be issued.


10. Charges for Returns and Refunds:

  • A deduction of Rs 200 per T-shirt and Rs 250 per hoodie/sweatshirt applies as a nominal shipping fee. COD charges are non-refundable.


11. Exchange Information:

  • Exchanges are exempt from additional charges.
  • If size exchange is not possible due to stock, you will receive store credit.
  • Only one exchange per order. After completion, no further return, exchange, or refund is allowed.
  • Exchanges are only permitted for different sizes of the same product. Please note that you cannot exchange one product for another.

     

12. Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellations are only permitted for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and must be requested before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. All prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the form of store credit equivalent to the selling price/MRP, valid for three months. Store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our website. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


13. Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt and assessment of your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection.
  • Refunds are processed as store credit within 3 to 5 working days after QC approval.

14. Lost Packages

  • FKAHumans is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items; all risks are assumed by the courier.

15. Delivery Disputes

  • Once your order is marked as delivered, you will receive a confirmation email. Please use the tracking details provided in the shipping confirmation to monitor your order.
  • If you wish to dispute a delivery, kindly raise the issue within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered on the tracking page by emailing us at cs@fkahumans.com. Proof of delivery can only be requested within this 24-hour window. Any delivery-related disputes submitted after this period will not be entertained.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Partial Payment Policy:

  1. Purpose of COD Partial Payment Charges:
    COD partial payment charges are implemented to minimize fraudulent COD orders and ensure smoother order processing.

  2. Non-Refundable Charges:

    • COD partial payment charges are non-refundable under the following circumstances:
      • If the customer cancels the COD order.
      • If the COD order is canceled by the customer at the time of delivery.
      • If the order cannot be delivered due to the customer's unavailability.
      • If the COD order fails to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  3. Customer Responsibility:
    Customers are advised to double-check their address and contact details to ensure successful delivery.

By placing a COD order, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.



Important Notes:

  • Store credits cannot be refunded and are valid for 3 months.
  • Store credits can only be used on fkahumans.com
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice; if unsuccessful, you must send the shipment back at your cost.
  • A nominal shipping fee will be deducted from refunds.
  • We reserve the right to decline an exchange or return request for a product if it does not meet the specified conditions.
